Sunday Tundra Buggy Ride

Today we had our second ride on the tundra. The wind was howling with gusts up over 90km/hour, the rain was pelting down and the bears were mostly hunkered down in the willow brush.

Our lecture last night was on the Marine Environment of Hudson Bay. Very interesting but I am not going into that here.

Our pictures today will show the “roads” we travelled in the buggy, some bears (we saw about 7) today, arctic hares, ptarmigans and some more of the landscape.
